Our operations are based on timely and rational forest management while taking into
account environmental and recreational aspects as well as carbon balance of the forests.
Since 2017 we have been the leading forest holding buyer in Finland with over 700 million
€ worth of acquired forest holdings for our clients. We actively develop renewable energy
projects including wind, solar, and BESS, through land lease agreements.

Our diverse pool of accounts include Finnish and European institutional investors such as
funds, pension funds, and insurers. Our references include the Seafarer’s Pension Fund,
Church Pension Fund of Finland, Finnish Cultural Foundation.
Partner network
In addition to our team of 20 forest and investment professionals, we rely on trusted
partners for harvesting and silvicultural works across the country. With our broad network
we reach potential forestland sellers directly in addition to participating on the public
forestland market. We are proficient in using sophisticated forest asset valuation software
and forest management tools.
We currently manage 135 000 hectares of forest with a standing stock in excess of 14.5
million m3 valued over 700 million €.
